Why We’re Moving for Mexico
Move for Mexico is more than just a fitness event — it’s a celebration of connection, generosity, and positive impact. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Children of Mexico’s partner organizations, supporting programs that improve education, health, and wellbeing for children and communities in need.
By coming together on the mat, we’re helping create real change — one mindful movement at a time.
What to Expect
The event features inspiring Pilates and Yoga sessions led by Anna Mora and Andres Galindo, both passionate teachers and board members of Children of Mexico.
- Pilates with Anna Mora: Strengthen, balance, and awaken your body with Anna’s signature pilates class.
- Yoga with Andrés Galindo: Ground, breathe, and energize your body with Andrés’ uplifting (strong) yoga practice.
Classes will run from 1pm to 5 pm. You can book your time slot here.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Move for Mexico welcomes everyone who wants to stretch, flow, and give back.

Meet the teachers
Anna Mora

Anna was educated as a classical ballerina and danced professionally at “Het National Ballet” and “Compania nacional de Danza de Mexico” before settling down permanently in Amsterdam.
“Breath is movement. And movement is life.”
She has been training students for over 20 years. According to Anna, customised training is the key to finding optimal balance and health, and that has been a priority in building her studio.
Andres Galindo

Andres is a passionate Yoga teacher, based in Amsterdam. He moved from Mexico City to the Netherlands 5 years ago.
Since gaining his yoga teaching certification in 2023, he has dedicated himself to spread the joy of Yoga, breathwork and meditation (with a dash of Mexican flare).
